Telescopic Rods Whats Your Views

had one when i was a kid, remember the tip was extremely light and my dad had cut the last section out.

I tried a cheap version. Probably made in China. It was a waste of money.

The kingfisher version featured on Hier gaan ons alweer has proven it's worth.

Just needed to know as they are perfect size to fit into a suit case when flying.

Currently still use mine. Just find the tip a little light. Great for casting light spoons.

Good advice given all ready. If you are traveling then store your rod in a solid tube. I used a water pvc pipe and bought end caps. You can send it with your luggage and collect when you land at your destination.

i have done that previously but had the tubes crushed and rods broken, what makes it worst airlines did not want to hear anything about it.
