Harbour Fishing

Hi,
Does anyone know if the harbour is open for fishing.
I also would like to know where and who can I contact for a fishing trip.

I will be in Durban on 13/06/2019 till 17/06/2019.

I have never fished in the sea and suffer from motion sickness, that why the harbour.
