Is it me, or does that shark look like something has taken a chomp off its head?

The nets was lifted due to bad weather last week. So I'm sure some good in ed catches to come.

This was caught on a live shad, straight nylon. The one and only shad that he managed to catch and put out for a Garrick. It has had a bite taken out of it, as can be seen

This looks more to me like an unhealthy blackfin, doesn't look like a dusky.
