Hi I am going to Tugela for a day trip on Saturday Just wanted to know if I can drive to the river, olivers rock with a normal vehicle? If not is there fish coming out on the beach?

Unfortunately not anymore apparently it's private property now and they blocked it of.
I was there last week Wednesday.
